Data Deletion Instructions

1. Disconnect a social network

To revoke our access to a connected account without deleting your platform account:

• Open the dashboard and go to Channels.
• Find the account you want and choose Disconnect.
• The authorisation is revoked immediately and the access token is destroyed from our systems.

2. Delete specific content

Scheduled posts, drafts and media library files can be deleted individually from the dashboard. Removal is immediate and permanent once the trash is emptied.

Deleting on our platform does not remove posts already published on the social network. That has to be done on the network itself.

3. Delete your account and all data

From the dashboard: open Settings › Security and use the account deletion option. You will be asked to confirm your password.

By email: write to socio@sociosai.com from your registered address with the subject "Data deletion". We confirm your identity and process the request.

4. What happens next

Once deletion is confirmed:

• All OAuth authorisations are revoked and tokens destroyed immediately.
• Content, schedules, media, reports and workspace data are erased within 30 days.
• Backups still containing your data are overwritten within the retention cycle, up to 90 days.
• Active subscriptions are cancelled; any refund follows the Refund Policy.

5. What we have to keep

Some records are retained as a legal obligation, kept isolated and never used commercially:

• Application access logs for 6 months, or the longer period required by applicable law.
• Tax and billing documents for the period required by applicable tax law.
• Records needed to defend an ongoing administrative, judicial or arbitration proceeding.

6. Confirmation and deadlines

We acknowledge the request within 2 business days and send confirmation of completion within 15 days, extendable with justification where applicable law allows.
