In force since 28/07/2026
1. General principle
The platform publishes on your behalf using the social networks' official APIs. Abuse does not only affect your account: it can cost every customer access to those APIs. That is why these rules are enforced strictly.
You are responsible for all content published through the platform and for making sure it complies with applicable law and with each connected network's policies.
2. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the platform to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or repetitive posts intended to manipulate reach.
- Create artificial engagement: buying followers, likes, comments or any means of inflating metrics.
- Operate accounts you neither own nor have express authorisation to manage.
- Circumvent rate limits, filters, security checks or the terms of connected platforms.
- Publish unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful or violent content, sexual content involving minors, or content inciting illegal acts.
- Infringe copyright, trademarks, image rights or trade secrets of third parties.
- Spread deliberate disinformation, financial scams, pyramid schemes or misleading results claims.
- Distribute malware, phishing or malicious links, or attempt to reach other workspaces' areas and data.
- Run load tests, scans or reverse engineering against the platform without written authorisation.
- Resell or sublicense access to the platform outside a partnership agreement signed with us.
3. Responsible use of AI
AI output is a suggestion and must be reviewed before publishing. You are accountable for what goes out, including any inaccuracy produced by the model.
- Do not use AI to impersonate a real person without authorisation, or to create deepfakes.
- Label synthetic content whenever the social network or the law requires it.
- Do not put sensitive personal data, credentials or confidential information into prompts.
4. Restricted sectors
Some sectors require prior authorisation and may face extra restrictions from the social networks or the payment processor: gambling, crypto assets, lending, healthcare, supplements, tobacco, weapons and adult content.
If you operate in these sectors, talk to us at socio@sociosai.com before subscribing.
5. How we enforce this policy
On identifying a breach we may, depending on severity: notify you, limit features, suspend publishing, suspend the account or terminate it permanently.
Serious breaches result in immediate suspension without prior notice. That covers unlawful content, fraud, compromising platform security or putting our API access at risk.
Terminations for breach do not entitle you to a refund, as set out in the Refund Policy.
6. Reporting abuse
To report abusive use of the platform, send whatever evidence you have through the support channels listed on the contact page. We review every report and protect the reporter's identity.
Direct channel for reports: socio@sociosai.com.
